the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, just a short walk from the Central Station. we especially liked the private underground parking and the delicious breakfast buffet.
The room felt a bit small and cramped for two people.

The room was comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The wifi worked well, and the location was convenient for my needs. the room was equipped with a desk ventilator, which was a great feature during the hot weather.
The bathroom was not heated and was extremely cold throughout my stay. there was no coffeemaker in the room, and the lobby's pay coffeemaker was out of order during my visit.

The location and general aspect of the hotel, very clean and sober
Reception closes at 10pm and checking-in after hours becomes a nightmare. The people at reception were clueless and the service was horrible, no attention to the requests and no idea how the tv functions. The remote control did not work in the room. Single room too small if you have luggage. Good for 1, maximum 2 nights for business.

Great location, short walk to city center and botanical gardens. Comfortable rooms, typical size for European hotels. No need to pre-book breakfast, typical German fare. Conveniently located near sightseeing spots and supermarkets. Well-equipped kitchen and private bathrooms.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
